A note about freezing your meals:
I would rather not freeze your meals - freezing compromises
both the nutritional content and causes overall denaturization
of the food itself, so depending on the number of meals per
week ordered, I may cook in your home twice weekly and then
store your meals in the refrigerator.
This is an added benefit to my clients, as most other personal
chefs will only package and freeze your meals. It is my personal
belief that I should provide services as if I were making
food for my loved ones, and I would hate to feed them frozen
food.

Preparation and Packaging
Once you contact me by phone or email, we will schedule a
free consultation at your convenience. You will be asked about
any special dietary needs and food preferences that you might
have, followed by a brief food questionnaire that will help
me plan meals according to your personal style and tastes.
I will be able to answer any questions you might have about
my services at that time.
You will then receive a proposed menu, which you can then
review for changes or alternative ideas. Once the menu is
approved, a cooking date is scheduled.
When shopping for your meal, I choose quality food with care
and know all the best places for picking up fresh meats, seafood,
fruits and vegetables at the best prices! With my careful
planning and preparation, your cost per delicious meal is
an excellent value.
On your cooking day, I will go to your home with your groceries
and prepare your meals, then package and store them for you
to enjoy, and leave your kitchen sparkling clean.
You will come home to a clean kitchen with custom prepared
meals and the delightful aroma of the day's cooking. HauteFoodie
will leave your menu with instructions on heating and serving.
